It mounts on the original mounting points, without cutting or drilling the bumper. To do this easily, the front bumper needs to be lowered or removed.

Tools required

• Torx T25 screwdriver and 10 mm socket wrench
• Plastic tool for releasing clips
• A blanket to support the bumper without scratching it

Detailed steps

1. Remove the screws from the wheel arches and the lower part of the bumper
2. Loosen the upper screws under the front cover
3. Carefully separate the bumper and disconnect the sensors, fog lights and ACC radar
4. Remove the ACC radar from the original grille without touching its calibration bracket
5. Release the tabs of the original grille from the inside and remove it
6. Transfer the emblem to the new grille if you want to keep it
7. Fit the new grille until all the clips click and mount the radar in its opening
8. Reassemble the bumper, connect everything and check that the ACC does not show an error

⏱ Estimated total time: 1-2 hours. If the dashboard shows an ACC warning after installation, it may be necessary to recalibrate the radar at a workshop.

Does it come with the Audi emblem?

No. The emblem and Audi rings are not included. You can transfer the one from your original grille or buy one separately, for example in gloss black.

Does adaptive cruise control (ACC) still work?

Yes. The grille has the opening for the radar in the same position as the original, so the sensor mounts the same way.

Is it suitable if my car does not have ACC?

Write to us before buying with a photo of the front end and we will confirm the appropriate version.

Is it an original Audi RS3 grille?

No. It is an aftermarket grille with a design inspired by the RS3, made for the A3 and S3 8V facelift.

Is it suitable for my 2016 A3?

Only if it is a facelift. It is recognizable by the headlights with the split daytime running light and the wider, more angular grille. If you have any doubts, send us a photo of the front end.

Does the bumper need to be cut?

No. It uses the same clips and mounting points as the original grille.

Does it pass the ITV?
